The Hindu religions don’t believe that you should wear shoes or any other type of foot wear in temples or homes. They also believe that you should not enter the temples after having alcohol of non-vegetarian food. The only days that Hindus can eat meat is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
The Hindu’s also believe in arranged marriages. That they are to be treated with respect. Marriage is one of the Hindu’s larger ceremonies. If they marry outside of the caste it is thought to be bad practice.
The Hindu’s pierce the babies ears when it is born and they put golden earrings in the ears. Then next thing that they do to the baby is drop it off the temples roof in to a bed sheet. All Hindu girls and women pierce there noise.
On the Laxmi Pulan festival they worship the god laxmi the goddess of money. The main god in the Hindu religion is Braham. Braham is the creator, the preserver, and the destroyer. But Braham is cursed so he is not worshiped.
